The blessed grave of Sayyiduna Hamza raDiyAllahu ‘anhu

Sayyiduna Hamza “the lion of Allah and his Messenger” raDiyAllahu anhu was martyred during the battle of Uhud in 3 A.H. His blessed grave is also situated in the vicinity of this holy mountain. Besides the graves of many other eminent martyrs of the battle of Uhud the graves of Sayyiduna Mus’ab bin ‘Umair and Sayyiduna ‘Abdullah bin Jahsh raDiyAllahu anhuma are also situated here.
